At the beginning...

Straits Times Home Section 28 April, Man, 23 jailed for having sex with girl 14, met the girl at alamak.com..

My my.. and to think that most of us met at that site...
Looking back at those days when were regular chatters there, I come to realise how it affected my life at least...
I mean I learnt a lot from there..
About love.. hate.. and life..
Never actually thought I allowed myself to be so drawn into it..

Those were fun days I admit..
Some of the things that went on down there were sometimes downright silly...
But it actually made some of us go online practically every night...

Don't mean to sound cliche..
But I felt rather sad that something like that happened on alamak..
I mean right now most of us would not even care if it shut down..
But to me.. it was where a lot of firsts happened to me..
And to some.. it was where they met their life partners..
It was they found solace in times of need..
Where they found life long friends...

Now.. how come I never got laid through Alamak?
